Child immunisation and vaccination
New-born babies should have a 6-week check with the doctor. The child health service will send reminders when child vaccinations and immunisations are due. Call reception to book an appointment with a practice nurse, mentioning the specific vaccination.

Weekly: Wednesdays, 8:40 am to 10:30 am
Appointment guidelines:
- Arrive at the correct day and time slot
- Bring only the relevant child, if possible
- Bring your appointment letter and child health record
Consent
If someone other than the parent brings the child, they must have signed consent from the parent/guardian.
Cancellations
If unable to attend, please call the surgery to cancel and rebook.

- Discuss any concerns with your health visitor before the appointment
- Clinics may be cancelled without notice in emergencies; alternative appointments will be offered
- For comfort and safety, please leave the surgery after your child’s immunisation
